The deprecation of value of hardware over time is enormous and not fair, because hardware often still has reasonable value within the market. By offering rebuy solutions, the customer earns money and helps the environment.
DURABILIT supports customers to receive an optimal Return on Investment by rebuying / buying back the network equipment that is not being used. The deprecation of value of hardware over time is enormous and not fair, because hardware often still has reasonable value within the market. By offering rebuy solutions, the customer earns money and helps the environment.
The DURABILIT buy back/ rebuy value list gives an indication of the residual value of hardware. Customers can also fill in the Buy Back Value form to get a clear idea of the residual value of network hardware.DURABILIT B.V. maintains strict guidelines for its buybacks to ensure optimal customer service and ensure the highest quality.
The following rebuying steps are followed when a customer wants to sell his excess network equipment:
1. The customer sends DURABILIT a list with all the equipment/ network hardware for sale.

2. If possible, DURABILIT visits the customer site to inventarise the equipment.
3. Based on the customer’s needs and requirements, DURABILIT makes an offer for the equipment.
4. DURABILIT arranges for the equipment to be picked-up.
5. When the equipment arrives in DURABILIT’S warehouse, it is inventarised again and prepared for testing.
6. The equipment / hardware is tested and all configurations are deleted. If needed, then this can also be done on the customer’s premises.
7. A report for the customer is made which shows that all configurations are deleted.
8. Any faulty equipment is deducted from the purchase price. The customer can decide if he wants us to recycle the faulty/non-working equipment or if he wants us to send it back to him.
9. Should the customer decide to let DURABILIT recycle the items that are faulty/non-working, then it will be recycled according to the WEEE- regulations.
10. After the equipment is recycled, the customer receives a WEEE-recycling certificate as proof of destruction according to the WEEE-regulations.
